100% cotton fabric, organic flax seed, and jojoba as the carrier for the high quality essential oils. Pillows are approximately 3" x 9" and may be heated for a minute or less in the microwave. Or place in freezer for a bit to cool pillow. Place in package or plastic bag when not in use. Put in pillow case, over eyes, under neck, etc. Washable flannel covers are available.
